I really loved this blouse/tunic that was up for the community vote but it didn't make the cut, so I decided to create it. Amazing flowers by Julia Dreams, I only edited / arranged them. I made 2 versions in 1 package; the slightly toned down version and the full EA design that has a slight change on the scalloped bottom and a colored collar (see pics).
