Public release of the Simblreen Patreon gift! I loved this blouse so much back in the ts3 days I just had to convert it to ts4. I really like the puffiness of the blouse and the way it looks on high waisted skirts! I've added solid and accent recolors, the accent recolors honor the original ts3 design. Hope you enjoy it!
