The oldest lighthouse in Brindleton Bay! After doing it's job for decades this lighthouse got replaced by the big one at Deadgrass Isle.
For many years it was abandoned untill a family of 3 decided to renovate the place and turn it into a family home. They added a large building to provide enough room for 2 extra bedrooms, a large kitchen and living area.
Ideal family size: 3 Sims.
Used Lot: Bedlington Boathouse.
